The casting team pours molten metal into investment molds using centrifugal casting. After cooling and cleaning, pieces move to the setting department where master jewelers with 10+ years of experience set each stone by hand using microscopes and precision tools.
Afternoon: Polishing and Quality
Polishers use a series of buffing wheels and compounds to achieve a mirror finish. Each piece then goes through our 12-point QC inspection. Pieces that don't meet standards are returned for rework — our rejection rate is under 2%.
