Six Steps, From Idea to Finger
No hidden steps, no surprise invoices. Here is exactly what happens after you email us.
1. Consult
1–2 weeks
We start with a written or video consultation. You tell us the story — occasion, budget, style references, timeline. We reply within 24 hours with honest guidance on what is achievable and what to skip. No pressure, no "limited offer".
2. Sketch
1 week
Our CAD artist produces 2–3 silhouette sketches. This is the cheapest moment to change your mind. We want you to love the shape before we spend hours modeling it.
3. 3D Render
1 week
You see a photoreal render from two angles, on a hand, at your finger size. We allow two revision rounds here. After this, changes mean re-casting, which costs time and money.
4. Cast
1 week
We print the wax on our in-house 3D printer, invest it, and cast in your chosen metal. The piece comes out rough and gray. That is normal — this is where the metal actually starts.
5. Set & Finish
1 week
Our master setter seats every stone under a 10x microscope. Then finishing: brush, polish, plate. We weigh the piece before and after to confirm metal loss is within tolerance.
6. Deliver
3–7 days shipping
Final QC under loupe, photograph against a ruler, pack in our box, ship insured. We include one free resize in the first year, and lifetime prong checks.
