A Workshop, Not a Brand
Our Story
Holycome was founded in Wuzhou in 2012, after Daniel Wong spent years in a Guangzhou wholesale workshop making rings for other brands. He wanted to make pieces directly for the people who would wear them. The first bench was a secondhand German workbench bought for $200.
We introduced in-house 3D printing in 2015, passed ISO 9001 quality certification in 2018, and by 2020 were shipping to clients in 15 countries. In 2022, Our team received industry recognition' Choice Award for Best Jewelry Manufacturer. In 2024 we expanded the workshop to its current Wuzhou factory, with an in-house casting room and a dedicated QC bench.
We are four people at four benches. Every piece that leaves has a name on the bench card.

Daniel Wong Chief Designer
Master Bench Jeweller · 18 years
Certifications: GIA Jewelry Professional, NGTC Registered
Daniel founded Atelier85 after twelve years at a Guangzhou wholesale workshop. He trained in hand fabrication and classic European setting, and personally signs off every piece that leaves the bench.
Specialty: Bespoke engagement rings, architectural design
Notable works: 500+ bespoke engagement rings; featured in JCK Magazine 2022; commissioned by clients in 19 countries

Ivy Chen
Master Stone Setter · 15 years
Certifications: GIA Certified Stone Setter
Ivy joined from a Hong Kong setting house. She is a master pavé and bead setter, trained on melee under 1.5mm. Her tolerance on a 1.2mm pave row is under 0.05mm.
Specialty: Pavé setting, micro-setting under 1.5mm melee
Notable works: Lead setter on 1,200+ pieces; 0 stone-loss record in 8 years at Atelier85
Marco Lee
CAD & 3D Render Artist · 10 years
Certifications: RhinoGold Certified, Matrix Certified
Marco turns client sketches into precise 3D renders. Formerly with a lab-grown diamond brand, he models in Rhino and Matrix, then exports directly to our 3D printer.
Specialty: Parametric 3D design, render accuracy
Notable works: 3D modeled the award-winning "Aurora" halo collection; renders used by 3 international brands
Grace Zhou
Polish & Finishing · 12 years
Certifications: SGS Certified Finisher
Grace runs the finishing bench. She hand-brushed, high-polished and rhodium-plated over 4,000 pieces before joining us. "The last 10% is where a piece earns its price."
Specialty: Hand brushing, rhodium plating, high-polish
Notable works: Finishing lead on Atelier85 signature satin-brush finish; trained under a Vicenza master polisher

Prints wax masters for lost-wax casting. Resolution 1200 dpi, wall detail under 0.1mm.
Vacuum Casting Machine
Optimum VCP 2000
Vacuum-invested casting in gold and platinum. Minimizes porosity in pieces under 50g.
Laser Welder
Rofin Lasertec
Micro-welding for repairs, prong rebuilds and setting adjustments. No need to re-finish the whole piece.
Trinocular Microscope
Nikon SMZ18
10x–60x zoom for setting and QC. Every stone is checked under loupe before shipping.
